Move-out cleaning works best when the apartment is empty and easy to access. This allows the kitchen, bathroom, windows, floors, cupboards and appliances to be cleaned properly.
Before the cleaning appointment
- Remove furniture, boxes and personal belongings
- Check basement, attic and storage areas
- Empty and defrost the fridge and freezer in time
- Keep electricity and water available until after cleaning
- Share any handover requirements early
For move-out cleaning with handover, we clean the property ready for handover. Legitimate cleaning issues at the handover are corrected.
