Which regions do you serve?
We are based in Opfikon and primarily serve Zurich. Depending on
the assignment we also work in Thurgau, Zug and Lucerne.
How does a quote work?
Contact us via the form, phone or WhatsApp. For many jobs a
short clarification is sufficient. For move-out cleanings or
larger properties we recommend a site visit to estimate effort
fairly.
Do you offer a handover guarantee for move-out cleaning?
Yes. We clean to handover standard. If justified cleaning
complaints arise at the handover, we perform follow-up cleaning.
Do I need to be present during cleaning?
No. The important thing is that we have access (key or
appointment). For move-out cleaning the property should ideally
be empty and accessible.
Do you bring materials and cleaning products?
Yes. We bring professional products and equipment. If you prefer
specific products, please let us know in advance.
How are prices calculated?
Pricing depends on effort: size, condition, required services
and extras. For move-out cleaning we provide a fixed price after
a site visit. For recurring services we prepare a quote based on
the interval and property.
Are there hidden costs or surcharges?
No. Quotes are transparent. If additional work becomes necessary
(for example extreme soiling), we discuss it beforehand.
How short notice can I book?
The earlier, the better. Month-end is in high demand. Short-notice
jobs are possible if capacity is available.
What happens if I am not satisfied?
Contact us directly. We clarify the issue and perform follow-up
cleaning if justified. Our goal is a satisfactory handover.
